This site doesn’t track you. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and nothing that loads from anyone else’s server. I removed the last of that today.

That’s the short version. Here’s the long one, because "we take your privacy seriously" is a sentence that means nothing.

Nothing is requested from a third party. Not a font, not a script, not an image. Every file this page sends you comes from this domain. The two typefaces used to come from Google, which meant every visit handed Google your IP address in exchange for rendering a heading. They are hosted here now.

There are no cookies. Not on a normal visit. If you never log in, this site sets nothing on your machine, which is why there is no cookie banner. A banner would be an apology for something I’m not doing.

There is no comment section and no registration. Comments are off and nobody can sign up, so there is no comment data, no avatars and no user profiles. WordPress ships a privacy policy template that describes all of those at length. This site does none of them.

The contact form is the only thing that keeps anything. If you use it, I get your first name, last name, email address, subject and message, stored in this site’s own database. Nothing else. I read it and I reply. It isn’t sold, shared, or used to build a list. Ask me and I’ll delete it.

A video loads only if you click it. Where a page offers one, it stays a link or a button until you press it, and nothing is fetched from YouTube until you do.

The server keeps access logs, because every web server does. That’s the host’s, not mine, and I can’t read them — my account is SFTP-only, with no shell. So I can tell you the logs exist, and not what’s in them.

And the honest limit: no lawyer has read this. It describes what this site does, checked against the running site instead of copied from a template. If you need the legal version, this isn’t one.
